PonyKart - Pinkie 2

A different take on Pinkie's vehicle, making it more like a clown car, though I'm not too impressed on how it came out.

I also thought it would be cool if she had a compartment for her kart to put party related material inside it.

Maybe, oh I don't know, a party cannon?
